Adventure
Based Learning
Adventure is an experience where the outcome
is uncertain because the information crucial
to resolve the uncertainty may be missing, vague
or unknown. Thus competency, sound judgment
and having a sense of challenge is required
to overcome these uncertainties. Our programmes
focus on these aspects. With the facilitation
of experienced trainers, participants will be
brought together to overcome various obstacles
to complete their tasks. At the same time, they
will be able to learn and inculcate the various
traits and values that they require in completing
each and every individual challenge.

Orientation
/ Induction Programmes
Everyone
knows about the difficulty in making the transition
from primary to secondary school. Where a clash of cultures
and expectations become apparent since they come from
different schools. And many 12 year olds may need the
extra guidance to adapt to a new pace, where they must
become and think more independently and responsibly.
Our
Orientation Progamme targets these issues, working hand
in hand with the teachers and peer leaders. Students
will be given the chance to "open- up", create
a cohesion among classmates and their new friends and
develop a strong sense of pride and identity, learning
through a fun and meaningful experience.

Teambuilding
/ Motivational Programmes
Teambuilding
can generally be refered to the selection and motivation
of result oriented teams. Where participants embark
on a process of self- assessment and challenge their
effectiveness to improve performance.
We
have various fun and exciting activities to engage participants
in this process which includes the clarification of
goals, and building ownership across the team.
Our experienced trainers will be on hand to identify
and remove negative effect on the team based on feedback
to find out its current strengths and weaknesses as
a team.

and the service providers by combining a service experience
with a reflection on their own experience in working

And Fit (TAF) Programme

physical activities with counselling in proper nutrition
and diet. The programme helps raise the awareness on
the importance and principles of healthy living and
